Askada figs, selected one by one and produced with the artisanal technique of Kymi. The figs are collected one by one by hand and the tiny stalk is cut. Then, they tear each fig and carefully open it in the middle. The figs are checked and placed one next to the other to dry in the sun. Finally the figs are compressed in pairs with great skill. These exquisite figs are created, with the help of the Aegean breeze and the warmth of the sun. They are almost ready, unsulphured and delicious!
