Petrina Extra Virgin Greek Olive Oil

The village of Petrina Lakonias is a district of East Mani municipality and it has 265 permanent residents. It is situated at the foot of the east Taygetos Mountains at an altitude of 220m, 35 km south of Sparta and 15 km northeast of Githio.

The extra virgin olive oil “PETRINA LAKONIAS” is yellowish green, gold and its shades depend on the ripeness of the olive fruit at the harvest. It is no acid. Its flavor has a slight bitterness, which disappears over the time, and its scent is fruity, especially strong when it is fresh.
